Dried maple sugar, sea salt and smoked chipotle. Three ingredients, that's it. Toss roast carrots or parsnips in it, rub it on pork before it hits the grill, or scatter it over chips, pizza or pancakes and bacon. Works as a rub or a finishing salt.

Tamari soy sauce, ginger, sesame and a little coconut sugar for stickiness. Toss it through a stir-fry, shake it over ramen or rub it on chicken thighs or mushrooms before they go in the oven.
