Returns & Refunds

We’re confident you’ll love our small batch seasoning blends. But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we make returns easy:

Not happy? Return it for a refund.

• Just drop us a line within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please email us at hello@fieldblends.club

• Send the product back to us unopened in its original packaging.

• Once it arrives safely, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method—no fuss, usually within 7 working days.

Something arrived damaged or not right?

That’s no good! Snap a quick photo and send us an email hello@fieldblends.club with your order number, and we’ll sort you out with a refund or replacement—whichever works better for you.

Returning your order?

Unless your order is faulty, you’ll need to cover the cost of return postage.
