Peach & Jalapeño LIME SODA

Spicy, sweet, and zingy alcohol free bev that barely requires more effort than opening a can.

I remember the first time I ever saw a lime… Just kidding. Those blogs where you have to read a life story before you get to the bit you want frustrate us too. Here’s your recipe:

Ingredients

• The juice of 4 limes (This is all eyeballed, but 2 limes per person is a decent idea for scaling up)

• 1 tbsp honey 

• Soda water

• Field Bends Peach & Jalapeño seasoning blend

Method

1. Juice the limes. This can be done ahead of your camping trip for convenience, just store it in a sturdy jar.

2. Add a drizzle of honey, and a pinch of Peach & Jalepeño and give it a stir.

3. Pour around 50ml of the mixture over ice and top off with 100-150ml soda.

4. That’s it. I know this barely even needs a recipe writing about it, but you HAVE to give this a go on a hot day.
